Can I bring in my own garments to be printed?​​
Yes, we can print on your garments, although printing price will double.
 

How do I prep my files?

All Files must be at least 12" W x 12" H at 200 DPI or a vector file. Preferred file types are .PSD, .TIF, .EPS, and .AI. Orders cannot be started until we have usable artwork. Please outline all fonts that are in vector format in case we don't have the font. Discounts given for photo ready artwork.

 

Do I have to supply my own artwork?

No, you don't have to supply your own artwork. We have in-house graphic designers who can bring your ideas to life from scratch.

 

What is your turn around time?

Typical turn around time is 14 days including shipping. Turn around time is only an estimate, is not guaranteed and starts when we have all information to complete your job. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turn around time. If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order. We are capable of providing rush orders if needed for special events such as district champs, final four, etc.

 

Do you have a minimum?

No, we do not have a t-shirt purchase minimum, but the higher the quantity the lower the price. We recommend printing at least 36 shirts for best pricing.

Do I need to pay for my shirts now?

A half-down deposit is required.

How many colors can I print?

You may have up to 8 colors of ink on t-shirts, 4 colors on nylon materials, and 2 colors on hats.

Can I approve the proof before printing?

Yes, always. Before printing we must have your approval on your artwork!
